Professional Standards and Policies
Ethical Practice: All services adhere to the ethical and legal standards of New York State Law.
Response Time: Please allow 3-12 hours for a reply to any communications.
Session Length: We offer 60-minute and 90-minute sessions. 120-minute sessions are available upon request.
Confidentiality: Your privacy is always protected under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) laws.
Booking & Payment: Full prepayment is required to secure your appointment. A valid card must also be on file. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session, before the therapist leaves.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 5 hours' notice: The full cost of the session is due.
No-show: The full session cost will be charged to the card on file.
Less than 3 hours' notice: The full session cost is immediately due.
Professional Development: Our service provider stays up-to-date with the latest techniques through continuous education, workshops, and regular practice.
Sanitization: All equipment and tools are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected between clients.
Client Responsibility: Clients are required to complete intake forms and health histories with complete honesty.
Sobriety Requirement: Clients must be fully present and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during their session.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment (verbal or physical) will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the total cost of the service must be paid immediately.
